Melinda had an ultrasound today to check in on the baby and everything looks great. The baby is right on track size wise for eighteen weeks and has all of the right bits for a little girl - or none of the bits for a boy depending on how you look at things. We couldn’t be happier with the news on how she’s doing and Madie has been bouncing off the walls with the thought of a baby sister.
Thanks to everyone with input on name suggestions. I think we’ve scraped the anagram idea. Madie, in her normal fashion, has taken matters into her own hands and has named the baby “Pineapple Cecilia”. I guess we’re sticking with it until something better comes along - as if that could happen.
